Refund policy
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at vonalee@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

- Sale or clearance items
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
