Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We offer the following shipping options within Canada:

  • Standard Shipping (5–10 business days) — flat rate or calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days) — calculated at checkout

International Shipping We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Customs & Duties For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by the delivery carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages Vonalee Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [your email] and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at vonalee@gmail.com.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
